Something you SHOULD say

While on my weekly Kroger run with the littlest three, I had ELEVEN people (I started keeping track after four) make a comment about me having my hands full. It doesn't bother me (it's true after all!), but it was refreshing when one woman approached me and asked how old my kids were. When I told her she smiled and said she remembered shopping with her three now teenage children. And then I waited for her to drop the bomb- "you'll miss this some day." But she didn't. She said, "some day you'll look at some other mom doing this and wonder how you ever managed. But the thing is, you just have to. You're doing a good job." Thank you, random woman in Kroger. I hope someday I can encourage another young mama when I'm out solo shopping like you 😊
